Terms of Service

1. Overview

builderverse is a service provided by bcu solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using builderverse, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service description

builderverse converts user-uploaded HTML files into Bricks Builder template files for use in WordPress. The service processes the HTML structure, compiles CSS, and extracts assets to generate importable template packages. Conversion results may vary depending on the complexity and structure of the input HTML, and may require review or adjustment in Bricks Builder.

3. Account and access

You must create an account to use builderverse. Authentication is handled via magic link sent to your email address; no password is required. Every new account starts with 2 free conversions. Each subsequent conversion consumes one credit. Credits are purchased in packs (currently 5 credits for $29 or 15 credits for $59). Pricing displayed at the time of purchase applies. Credits never expire while your account is active.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC ("Lemon Squeezy"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your invoice, and is responsible for tax collection. Your contract for the underlying service remains with bcu solutions LLC.

Prices displayed exclude applicable VAT or sales tax. Lemon Squeezy calculates and collects the correct tax for your billing location at checkout based on the address you provide.

Credits are sold as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

5. Refunds and account closure

Credits are digital content, delivered to your account immediately after payment is confirmed. Once delivered, credits are non-refundable. Credits that have not yet been used remain available for future conversions and do not expire. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are forfeited. Any consumer-protection obligations applicable to your purchase are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record under their own terms.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Account deletion is immediate. All projects, uploaded files, and personal data are removed from our active systems via cascade deletion in our database. Payment records are retained for tax-law purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the HTML files you upload and the templates generated from them. We do not claim ownership of your content. Uploaded files are processed and stored solely for the purpose of conversion. We do not use your uploads to train AI models, and we do not sell, share, or use your content for any purpose other than providing the service.

7. Acceptable use and rate limits

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the conversion engine
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the service itself

We apply technical rate limits to protect the service from abuse. Repeated violations of these limits, or any breach of the acceptable-use rules above, may result in suspension or termination of your account at our discretion. Where reasonable, we will notify you before suspending an account.

8. Disclaimer

builderverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Conversion results may vary depending on the complexity and structure of the input HTML. We recommend reviewing and adjusting the generated templates in Bricks Builder as needed. builderverse is designed for static, AI-generated HTML and is not a universal HTML-to-WordPress converter.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcu solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of upstream providers (hosting, database, payment), denial-of-service attacks, or acts of government.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree, you may delete your account before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Imprint, constitute the entire agreement between you and bcu solutions LLC regarding builderverse. In case of conflict, the Privacy Policy governs data-processing matters and these Terms govern all other matters.
